About the event

Anatomy of a Mango is a nine-course dinner that takes one fruit and follows it all the way through. Skin, flesh, seed, green, ripe. Multiple breeds. Every form. Each course a deliberate study in what the mango can do when treated with restraint and reverence.


At the heart of this dinner are two Sri Lankan chefs who bring their island with them to every kitchen they enter. Their recipes carry memory. Their techniques carry migration. And together, across nine courses, they bring a point of view that is entirely their own. Fresh seafood, rustic island technique, and haute cuisine precision build a progression where the mango is not an ingredient. It is the architecture of the entire meal.
