All ticket purchases for our events are final, and we do not offer refunds. (applicable only to paid events)
Date Changes and Ticket Transfers
In the event of an emergency or unavoidable situation, we offer the following options:
Date Change: You may request to reschedule your participation to another available date, in case of an event with multiple dates announced.
Ticket Transfer: You may transfer your ticket to another individual for the same event date.
To initiate a date change or ticket transfer, please contact us at least 10 days before the event. All requests are subject to availability and approval.
