Folklore by Chef Goku explores Aadi not as a festival, but as a living folklore shaped by faith, landscape, and community. The menu draws inspiration from across the region: millets offered during village festivals, the abundance of Aadi Perukku, the fragrance of neem and sesame, heirloom rice, country vegetables, and the foods that bring families together during this sacred month.
