As the sun drops over the orchard, the fires come alive. Golden Hour, Open Fire is an outdoor sundowner BBQ set against the canopy of one of Chennai's most beautiful mango farms. Live action stations, handcrafted bites, and signature zero-proof drinks crafted to keep the evening long, easy, and lit by open flame.
This is not a formal dinner. It is something better. An unhurried evening outdoors, where the food comes to you hot off the fire, the drinks are made with care, and the setting does the rest.
Two Sri Lankan chefs bring their island to the farm. Every bite carries a story, a memory, a piece of the island they both call home. The mango ties it together, showing up across the evening in forms rooted in Sri Lankan instinct and reimagined for the season.
